FLOODGATE BOOKING APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in bringing the "HERO TOUR" to your event.

We want your event to be as successful as possible. Floodgate members will attend personally to your event needs and will ensure that you receive a custom tailored concert to your preferences. Please complete the following preliminary information application. This is not a contract. It is only a tool to gather the important details about your request.

Financial Information

Because of the equipment and expenses that are necessary to keep our ministry afloat, we ask that you try to help us cover our costs and our travel expense to/from your event. We understand that churches and groups do not always have monies appropriated for these types of events. We are a ministry and our primary purpose is to share the message of Jesus Christ. Therefore, we will not let the lack of money be a deciding factor in our decision to book an event. We are willing to look at all options available to make a booking possible.

In order to help offset the extraordinary costs of our ministry, can you offer any compensation for our appearance?

If the above answer is "YES", what compensation, can you offer?

We ask you to help cover our travel expenses to your venue, which includes mileage at $.40/mile and any hotel costs if an overnight stay is required. Events within a 150 mile radius of Birmingham, Alabama will not require an overnight stay. Will you be able to help us pay for our travel?

If not, can you take up an “offering” during the event, or accept donations upon entry?

Floodgate can bring their own professional grade sound and lighting environment that can provide sound for most any environment, large or small (with the exception of some very large arenas). Do you want Floodgate to provide their own sound and light system?
